Return Policy

Starton will not accept any returns including those sold to a distributor, reseller, and end-user unless the Product is determined to be defective after Starton's review. Otherwise, all returns are deemed exchanges for other Product, but any such exchanges will not be credited as additional Product toward the 30 net unit Product requirement. Additionally, all Delivery Costs incurred with any returns or exchanges, unless deemed to be a Product defect by Starton, shall be the responsibility of buyer.
