STARTON USA, INC. values its relationship with our customers and offers return items within 30 days of shipment. You may return eligible products for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees, as set information below.
Requirements for a Full refund/Credit
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Return Authorization (RA) are required for returning any items, please contact our customer support line1.858.997.0525. Any product returned without prior authorization from STARTON USA, INC. will be considered an unauthorized return, and the customer will not receive credit for the product
- Items return must be in new condition, with original packaging, accessories and store receipt.
- Media items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap
- All returned items are subject to a one-time restocking fee of 15% and return shipping cost
- Note: Remove any personal information on the hard drive(s) and other storage device in the product. STARTON USA, INC. is not responsible for nay personal information; lost or corrupted data; or damaged or lost removable media that may be included with your return.
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a STARTON's error, STARTON USA, Inc. will charge a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price paid.

- Defective or damage products if vendor requires return under warranty
All STARTON products contains complimentary standard 2 years warranty. You can also purchase an extended warranty on select STARTON products to increase coverage period.
